Kuukua Adams is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clay Group, bringing nearly 15 years of entrepreneurial leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence to the business consulting and SME development landscape. Her work exemplifies innovation, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.


As a Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) and a graduate of both the IBM Product Management Program and the Cornell University Women’s Entrepreneurship Program, Kuukua combines academic rigor with practical experience to build frameworks that empower SMEs to thrive. She is also an alumna of the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship, where she deepened her expertise in sustainable business growth and leadership.


With almost 15 years of experience leading businesses, Kuukua has transformed Clay Group from a small consultancy into a multidisciplinary firm that now serves as a strategic partner to SMEs across Africa. Under her leadership, Clay has become synonymous with Business Process Redesign (BPR), product management, and SME consulting excellence.


Beyond her role as CEO, Kuukua is a thought leader and mentor to emerging entrepreneurs. She has designed multiple frameworks to help startups and small businesses systemize their operations, understand market positioning, and prepare for global expansion.
